Each community you keep in ReservePath, with its components, studies and history. Every association you have not deleted counts toward your plan, whether it is active or inactive.

On Cornerstone and Pinnacle you can keep adding associations for $8 each per month. You confirm the charge when you add one, you pay only a prorated share for the rest of your billing period, and it appears on your next invoice. Delete an association and the charge is reduced the same way. Blueprint covers one association; add more by moving to Cornerstone.

People who prepare, review, inspect or manage studies: admins, preparers, reviewers, inspectors and similar roles. Board members and viewers are free and never use a seat, so every client can review and approve online.

No. Every plan includes unlimited PDF reports, previews and board summaries. AI report writing has a monthly allowance per plan, and you can add AI credits whenever you need more.

Yes. Switch plans or move between monthly and annual billing from your billing page. The change applies right away and any difference is prorated on your next invoice.
