  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform

  • Payment processors (Stripe) for transaction verification

4. AI-Powered Features

ReservePath includes AI-powered features such as report narrative generation and an AI chat assistant. When you use these features, relevant data from your reserve studies (component data, financial parameters, inspection notes) may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (Anthropic) for processing.

AI features are available based on your subscription plan and usage limits. Your organization's administrator can control access to AI features through role-based permissions.

We do not use your reserve study data to train AI models. Data sent to AI providers is used solely to generate responses for your specific request.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the Service (payment processing, cloud storage, email delivery, AI processing)
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing (such as sharing reports with external stakeholders via shareable links)

6. Cookies
